A support worker can be provided to assist with your personal care needs including showering, drying and dressing, continence management, oral hygiene, applying skin care creams, ensuring your glasses are clean and your hearing aids in place. Therapeutic Services
Therapeutic services which are allowable under the Support at Home Program, are provided to enhance your well-being. Skilled practitioners include acupuncturists, chiropractors, diversional therapists, remedial massage, hydrotherapy, art therapy, and osteopathy.
Lawn Mowing & Gardening
Services
We can provide for you a range of services including lawn mowing, gardening, and home maintenance repair, all in accordance with Support at Home guidelines. Our services also include gutter cleaning and assistance with minor repairs.
Equipment and Home Modifications
Under the separate Assistive Technology & Home Modifications
(AT-HM) funding, we can apply for assessment for a level of approval for equipment eg: Alert Alarms, Walkers, Wheelchairs, AAL Chairs, Home Modifications include grab rails, ramps and minor home adjustments which are OT assessed
Purchase of Prescribed Allowable Consumables
We can organise the purchase and delivery of prescribed consumables that are allowable by your Support at Home program. This includes essential items such as prescribed incontinence aids and nutritional supplements

Service Coordination by a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing tailored support and care. We prioritise the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the attention and assistance they deserve.
Where do we service?
Our services are personal and we're able to include in-home visits within Sydney Metro. For those outside Sydney Metro we are able to coordinate your services through Phone, Email and/or
